Torre Central - AMENITIES

Torre Central stands on a 650 square meter prime property with about 36 to 41 meters of bored piled foundation distributed on pile cap footing. Greatness of this towers starts with the strength of its foundation. Since this is an ideal student and young professional dwelling, each unit is designed with great bunk beds with both upper and lower banks for maximum usage. The tower is a modern and stylish place with some additions to make that it is at par with global standards for residential places. Each unit is designed with automatic smoke detector and fire alarm system. Individual unit doors are provided with peep holes.

The tower’s ground and second floor are dedicated for commercial units with 3 common packing lots. The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors are our four level, 34 parking slots with lift with 28 extra slots for motorcycle parking. The 7th floor is dedicated for the tower’s amenities where there are 2 function rooms, each with 25-person capacity. There is also a study lounge here where 30 students can be accommodated at one time. The fitness center and the lap pool are equally available in this floor. It is best to note that the fitness center is home to top of the line slimming and exercise equipments. The swimming pool is 15 meters long by 4 meters wide and has a depth of 4 feet. The floors beginning at the 8th up to the 30th are dedicated for residential places – semi and fully furnished. There is an additional 1 storey dedicated for multi-purpose activities with a maximum holding capacity of about 100 people. The 32nd floor houses the covered basketball court (half court only) – with of official FIBA 3 on 3 measurement.
